William Bennett Smiley Jr.

William B. Smiley left this world to be with his Savior on Saturday, July 10, 2021.  His wife, Megan Smiley, his family and his friends know him as a kind, silly, peaceful man with a servant's heart.

He worked as a truck driver – the bigger the truck, the better.  In his free time, he loved his wife and cared for his friends.  He enjoyed talking on the CB radio, watching the most random YouTube videos, fishing and basically being a redneck Renaissance man.

Bill and Megan loved each other as deeply as two people united in Jesus and marriage possible could.  Everyone who met Bill saw a heart full of love, and we will miss him terribly.  We can't wait until we get to see him again!

The memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 15, at 5pm at Boyd Baptist Church in Bonham.  A memorial service and funeral in Los Angeles will follow at a later date.
