William Joseph Silva

Private Graveside Services at Bettes Cemetery in Ivanhoe, Texas were held for William Joseph Silva, age 64, of Ivanhoe, Texas under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. William passed away Tuesday night, June 23, 2020 surrounded by family.

William was born on July 25, 1955 in Newport Beach, California, the son of Manuel Silva and Sarah Caetano. He was a motorcycle enthusiast, especially for Harley Davidson bikes. He was a part of the Harley Parade in Paris, Texas last year where they broke the world record, having 3,497 Harley Davidsons in one place. William was a jack of all trades; he loved working with his hands. He was a dedicated father and loved God. William will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother, Manuel Silva Jr., and sister, Elaine Avila Jones.

William is survived by his sons, Joseph Silva, Joshua Silva, and Michael Silva, all of Ivanhoe, Texas; daughters, Dawn Faccinto of Clovis, California, Kelly Willbanks and husband Cody of Telephone, Texas, and Elisha Silva of Bailey, Texas; sisters, Jeanne Lott and husband Mitchell of Fresno, California and Kathy Alves and husband Louie of Hanford, California; brother, Anthony Avila and wife; grandchildren, Cole Faccinto, Cara Faccinto, Eli Lindsey, Grace Lindsey, and Samuel Willbanks; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
