William J Burns Jr.

William J. Burns Jr., age 81, passed away on November 2, 2022, in Bonham, Texas.

William was born on December 28, 1940 to parents William J. Burns Sr., and Inez Henry Burns. He was proud to serve our country by joining the United States Army in 1967. Once out of the service he worked as a pharmacist in Tyler, Texas and later in Whitewright, Texas, until he retired in 2004. William had a passion for cars especially his red corvette. In his spare time you would find him working or restoring his beloved automobiles. He will be fondly remembered for his love of family and stubborn yet endearing personality.

William is survived by son, John Burns and wife Janet, daughter Allison Epperson and husband Brian, and granddaughters, Meaghan and Maddie Burns.
