Private services for Wilbur S. Leake, 85, of Bonham, will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, February 1, 2014. Wilbur passed away Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 in Bonham, Texas.
Wilbur was born January 1, 1929 in Mount Pleasant, Texas, the son of Wilbur Leake Sr. and Bernie Lee Roy Leake. An avid dog lover, he had a special friend, "Pee Wee." He loved fishing and spending time with his family and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Wilbur, Leake Jr.
Wilbur is survived by two daughters, Marlene Steen of Dalhart, Texas and Darlene Michelle Henderson of Hurst, Texas; a son, Danny Leake of Bonham, Texas; a brother, Leroy Leake of Bonham, Texas; twelve
grandchildren, Heather, Danny Jr., Jenny, Jamie, Julie, Rebecca, Jennifer, Carolyn, Tony, Emily, Kevin and Paul; numerous great grandchildren and extended
family and friends.
