Wanda Lee Hyatt, born on April 28, 1942, in Leonard, Texas, peacefully departed from this world on December 21, 2025, in Bonham, Texas. She was a beloved sister and a loving aunt. Arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home.

Wanda was known for her artistic talents, engaging in embroidery and crocheting that showcased her creative spirit. Her hands brought beauty to countless pieces, but it was her heart that truly captivated those around her. A woman of deep faith, Wanda embodied compassion and kindness, always willing to lend a helping hand or an understanding ear.

Her family and friends remember her not just for her artistic abilities, but also for her unwavering support and love. She was a presence of comfort and encouragement in their lives, always creating moments of joy and connection.

Wanda’s legacy will be honored with a Visitation at Wise Funeral Home, located at 219 W Sam Rayburn Dr, Bonham, TX 75418, on December 29, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Graveside Service will follow on December 30, 2025, at Jackson Cemetery, situated at N 3950 Shady Grove Road, Bennington, OK 74723, beginning at 11:00 AM.

She was preceded in death by, parents, Odis and Ester Burns, husband James Hyatt, brothers, Ricky Burns, James Burns, Bobby Burns, sister, Jean Coburn. Wanda is survived by, brother, Charlie Burns, sisters, Jewel Williamson, Willie White, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Dewayne Coburn, Bobby Joe White, Chuck Burns, Kaleb Burns, Trey White, and Gary Burns.
