Troy Bruce White

Funeral Services for Troy White, age 88 of Dodd City, TX will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at Wise Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham. Interment will follow at Windom Cemetery. Troy passed away on March 20, 2019. He was born January 26, 1931 in Tolbert, TX to Roy Shelton White & Leonia Mae Coble White.

Troy served in the US Army during the Korean War. He enjoyed playing Croquet, and watching Auto Racing, sports and westerns.  He did upholstery work in the Fannin County area for many years.

Troy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Shelton White & Leona Coble White; brothers, James T. White, Roy White and O'Neal; sisters, Opal Devault and Frances Marchbanks.

Surviving are his daughter, Julie White of Frisco; son, Robert White and wife Lynne Ayer of Bonham; two grandchildren, James White and Amanda Lynne White Chittick; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at 5-7 PM on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Wise Funeral Home.
