Thomas Rabb "Tommy" Taylor Ii

Memorial services for Thomas Rabb "Tommy" Taylor, II, 60, of Ravenna, will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, March 17, 2018 in Wise Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Mike Fortenberry will officiate.  Tommy passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at his residence.

Tommy was born August 3, 1957 in Bonham, Texas, the son of M. C. "Tad" Taylor and Margie Ann James Taylor.  He attended Bonham High School.  Tommy was a painting contractor for many years and recently was employed at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center as a painter and transportation dispatcher.  He was a kind, giving, bighearted person who had a great sense of humor and loved making others laugh.  Tommy enjoyed doing carpentry and wood working, watching cooking shows and cooking for family and friends.  He was actively involved in the community benefits, especially Relay for Life.  Tommy was always there to help anyone in need, with a kind word or a really funny joke.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bobby Taylor,

Tommy is survived by his two daughters, Alyssa Taylor and Ariane Taylor, both of Ravenna, TX; sister, Yvonne Taylor of Paris, TX; nephews, Jason Warren and Michael London; nieces, Stacie Clark of Groves, TX and Stephenie Taylor of Howe, TX; many great nieces, great nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to Relay for Life or the Fannin County Crisis Center.
