Cremation Arrangements for Thomas Henry Renken III, age 71, of Bonham, Texas are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Thomas passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.

Thomas was born on October 30, 1950, in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of Thomas Henry Renken Jr. and Doris Lunsford Renken. He joined the United States Navy and served during the Vietnam Era. Thomas was a truck driver for many years. He will be greatly missed. Thomas is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Renken II, wife, Jane Renken, and daughter, Janett Tallant.

He is survived by mother, Doris Renken; daughters, Jana Cavanaugh and husband Michael of Fort Worth, Texas and Jeannie Temple and husband Roy of Gainesville, Texas; brother, David Renken and wife Denise of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Karen Davidson and husband Bob of Illinois and Debbie Shoemaker of Illinois; grandchildren, Cheyenne Faudree and husband Alan, Dakota Grantham, Jacob Long and wife Macci, Mika Johnson and husband Dakota, Keeli Renken, Gavin Tallant, Linda Cavanaugh, and Regan Cavanaugh; 19 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
