Ruth Mildred Waterman

Private family memorial services for Ruth Mildred Waterman, age 108, of Bonham are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham. Ruth was born on June 16, 1904 in Minco, Oklahoma the daughter of Green Berry Moore and Sarah Leona Brant Moore. Ruth married Frank Waterman in 1932 and he preceded her in death in 1976. She attended schools in a rural area of Pursley and attended the Tyler Commercial College to obtain degrees as a bookkeeper. She traveled around the country with her husband and was of the Baptist faith. Ruth passed away on February 14, 2013 at Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.

She is survived by brother and sister-in-law, George and Adell Moore of Denison, Texas, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mike and Jo Sweeney of Denison, Texas,
extended family, Susan Sweeney and Mara Proctor; numerous caregivers at Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home where they affectionately called her "Granny".
