Ruth Ann Bennett

Memorial Services for Ruth Ann Bennett, 59 of Bonham will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Bonham, under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Bro. Gary Pettigrew of the First Church of the Nazarene will officiate with the assistance of Pastor Stuart Courtney of Bethlehem Baptist Church. Ruth passed away on December 28, 2015 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.

Ruth was born on June 22, 1956, the daughter of Alford Doffon Pinkston and Bertha Mae Colbert. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. Ruth enjoyed solving crossword puzzles. She was known as a clean freak who enjoyed cooking for her family. Ruth enjoyed watching Lifetime movies but most of all, Ruth loved her grandchildren and great grandchild. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents.

Ruth is survived by daughters, Marketta Lopez of Bonham and Kimberly Ingram of Greenville; brothers, Tommie Pinkston and Alford H. "Buddy" Pinkston, both of Bonham; sister Brenda Wheless of Bonham; 6 Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild; Numerous nieces and nephews; extended family and friends.
