Ronald Dale Weisz

May 31, 1952 — June 7, 2015

Funeral services for Ronald Dale Weisz, 63, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the First Baptist Church, Bonham, under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Rev. Brad Wilkerson will officiate. Ronald passed away suddenly on June 7, 2015, at the Weisz ranch in Telephone, Texas.

Ron was born on May 31, 1952, in Dallas, Texas. His family moved to Richardson, Texas, in 1955. He married Cynthia on September 10, 1976. Ron and Cynthia raised their children in Richardson. In 2010, they moved to their ranch outside Bonham, Texas, to fulfill their dreams of living in the country in preparation for their retirement years.

Even as a child, Ron loved animals. Early in his adult life he worked for Lion Country Safari in Grand Prairie, Texas. More recently he could be seen out in the fields working with his cattle and among the horses.
Ron graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in business. He began working for 3M in their warehouse in 1977 and retired as Executive Senior Salesman in January 2015. For many years, Ron was one of 3M's top salesmen.

He will be greatly missed by his family. They say that Ron was one of God's perfect creations. E-I-E-I-O.

Ron is survived by his wife of 39 years, Cynthia Ann (Nault); his children, Chad Huffhines (Beth), Jason Weisz (Heather), and Elisa Lea (Joseph); 7 grandchildren; his mother, Jean Wehrle Weisz; his sisters, Marcia Blair and Karen Smith (Eddie); and 5 nephews and a niece. He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent Ivan Weisz.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 12 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Wise Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like offerings to be made to assist kids in attending church camp. Offerings can be sent to The Church of Celebration at 28691 Harper Road Prosper, TX 75078. Please put 'Club 52 Youth' in the memo line.
