Rex Allen Branough

Rex Allen Branough was born in Bonham, Texas on October 19, 1971 at Risser Hospital, the son of J.R and Abby Ann Branough. Rex passed away at home on Tuesday, February 27, 2018.

In his earlier years he went to Bonham public schools and was a member of New Home Baptist Church. He earned his G.E.D in Sherman, Texas. Rex served briefly in the United States Army and drove trucks for a while.

Rex is survived by his mother Abby Ann Branough (nee' Smith) of Bonham; brother Jon Smith of Richardson, Texas; two sisters Kymberly Smith-Love of Sherman, Texas and Laurie Branough-Hayden (Dana) of Anna, Texas; two nephews; three nieces and a host of great- nieces and great-nephews.

Rex was preceded in death by his father, J.R. Branough and grandmothers Clarice Branough and Ida Mae Smith. Rex has many, many family and friends who will always remember him as a kind and generous friend who would always give his last to help you.

There will be no visitation or viewing. A Memorial Service for Rex will be Wednesday, March 7th, 2018 at 11AM at the New Home Baptist Church, Maple & Jones St. in Bonham.
