Due to inclement weather, the Funeral services for Rebekah Rhea Watson, 17, of Irving, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011 in Wise Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Dan Jackson of Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Irving will officiate. Burial will follow in Moores Chapel Cemetery. Rebekah passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Children's Medical Center, Dallas, TX.
Rebekah was born July 31, 1993 in Irving, Texas, the daughter of Billy Watson and Nola Eldridge Watson. She was a senior at Stonegate Christian Academy in Irving where she was active in choir and the drama department. She attended Shady Grove Church in Grand Prairie.
Rebekah is survived by ~
Parents, Billy and Nola Watson of Irving;
Brother, Kenny Watson (Brittany) of Irving;
Maternal Grandparents, Kenneth Odell Eldridge and Helen Marie Eldridge of North Richland Hills, TX;
Paternal Grandmother, Mary Watson of Irving
Aunts and uncles, Connie Thomas (Donald), Diana Kerby (Ken), Scott Eldridge (Tam) and Kathleene Williams;
Extended family, cousins and a host of friends.
