Raymond "Dan" Daniel Fuller

Graveside Services for Raymond Daniel "Dan" Fuller, age 74, of Ravenna will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Sandy Cemetery in Ravenna, Texas under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Dan's son-in-law, Colby Rogers will officiate. Raymond passed away Saturday night, November 26, 2016 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.
Dan was born April 27, 1942 in Yazoo, Mississippi, the son Jesse Fuller and Hazel Garner Fuller. Dan married Ellowayne "Mac" McMahan on August 21, 1961 in Grand Prairie, Texas. They celebrated 55 years of marriage this past August. Dan was known as a jack of trades. He was well versed in many things; known by his family as a Mr. Fix it. Dan was a long-distance truck driver for many years; he later began working as a Fire Alarm Technician. Dan enjoyed the calm waters and the soothing sound of the quiet when he went fishing, an activity he enjoyed immensely. He also relished the hunt. Dan was an avid hunter and enjoyed the thrill and excitement it gave him. He was, without a doubt, one of the biggest Kansas City Chiefs fans; and he held true to his team, even whilst living amongst very dedicated Cowboys fans. The most amazing thing about Dan was his role as a Husband, Father, and Grandfather. These roles in his life made Dan the wonderful man he was. Dan loved his wife dearly, was proud of his children, and most of all, cherished his lovely Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. His family was his life and he will be greatly missed. Dan is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years, Ellowayne "Mac" Fuller of Ravenna; 3 Sons, Danny Fuller and wife Susie, Josh Fuller, and Jordan Fuller; 3 Daughters, Tina Nichols and husband D.D., Tami Faulkner and husband Chris, and Kassie Rogers and husband Colby; 3 Grandchildren; and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Danny Fuller, Sr., Danny Fuller Jr., Matt Logan, Josh Fuller, and Jordan Fuller.
The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, 2016.
