ORA INEZ BLANTON

Funeral services for Ora Inez Blanton, 76, of the Edhube Community of Fannin County will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 26, 2011 at Trinity Baptist Church in Bonham under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Rev. Henry Shelton and Rev. Cody Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow in Hampton Cemetery in Edhube Community. Ora passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at her residence.

Ora was born Oct. 13, 1934 in Savoy, Texas, daughter of Otho C. "Toad" Sharp and Ina A. Sharp. She was a 1953 graduate of Savoy High School. Ora married Lesley N. Blanton, Dec. 23, 1955 at the Parker Grove Baptist Church in Grayson County, Texas. Ora had been a member of Trinity Baptist Church since 1973. She was a seamstress at Bonham Mfg. for a number of years and was also a daycare worker.

Mary Sutherland (Russell Cain) of Wilmer, TX,
Sisters, Loretta Cloer (Joe) of Savoy, TX and
Elizabeth Bailey of Arlington, TX,
Grandchildren, Chad L. Blanton, Jason Owens (Daisy), Casy Blanton, Jeffrey Owens, Beth Presley (Luke Perry), and Chris Spost (Nick)
Great Grandchildren, Clayton Blanton, Serenity Fallan, Silas C. Blanton, Aiden Meneses and Logan Spost

Pallbearers will be Brent Lawing, Dickie Lawing, Steven Bailey, Mark Hudson, Mark Rich, Joe Lee Cloer, Billy Dale Cloer and Troy Price.
