Nellie Ann Millsap

Nellie "Ann" Millsap age 79, passed away peacefully on June 2,2024 in Savoy TX. Ann was born on June 18, 1944 near Bailey TX to Hoyt and Nellie Perkins Owens. Ann was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lloyd Allen Millsap, baby boy Allen Todd Millsap, brothers Robert Owens, Tom Owens, Coy Owens, sisters Mozell Woodall & Bernice Treadway. Ann is survived by her daughter Deborah Williams, son Michael MIllsap, grandchildren  Christopher (Melanie) Bennett, Matthew Bennett and Alexyss Williams. Great Grandchildren Ethan Bennett, Henry Bennett, Joel Bennett, Owen Bennett. Brother Troy (Wanda) Owens and sister Sue Savage. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews and extended family.

Ann was a resident of Bailey, TX until her health declined in 2021. Ann was a member of the First Baptist Church Bailey, TX. Ann enjoyed reading her bible, loved Jesus, listening to Christian music, making candles, wreaths, crocheting, tending to her plants, baking and spending time with her family and friends. Ann loved wearing jewelry "her bling", painting her fingernails and playing bingo. She would often ask her friends and family if she could see their ring. She always noticed their jewelry. Ann was very loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.

The family would like to thank Mullican Care Center in Savoy, TX for their exceptional care and love shown to Ann for the last 3.5 years. You ladies are truly loved and appreciated.

Ann's Celebration of Life will be at the Wise Funeral Home Chapel 219 W Sam Rayburn Drive Bonham, TX on Thursday, June 6th at 12:00 PM. Family night will be on Wednesday, June 5th from 6:00-8:00 pm at the Wise Funeral Home Chapel.
