Graveside services with Eastern Star honors for Gladys Mozelle Bono, 94, of Bonham, will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, April 3, 2015 in Willow Wild Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Mr. Kyle Beard will officiate. Mozelle passed away Wednesday morning, April 1, 2015 at The Woodmoore Assisted Living in Bonham.

Mozelle was born December 13, 1920 in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Francis Marion Potts and Maggie Ford Potts. She was a graduate of Fannin County Schools and attended college for a time. She married George Eugene "Gene" Bono who preceded her in death Apr. 7, 1964. Mozelle and Gene owned and operated Bono Grocery south of Bonham for a number of years. She later worked for Texas Instruments in Sherman, Texas and finally Southwest Pump Co. in Bonham. Mozelle was a lifelong resident of Fannin County and a member of Northside Church of Christ and the Eastern Star.

She is survived by several nieces and cousins and many friends at The Woodmoore.
