Private graveside services for Milton Lorenzo Smith, age 62, of Bonham, will be held at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham, Texas. Milton died Saturday, May 28, 2011 at his residence in Bonham.
Milton was born April 22, 1949 in Shreveport, Louisiana, the son of Roy Smith and Rosalee Oliver Smith. He graduated from Valencia High School in Shreveport, Louisiana. Milton served in the United States Marines from 1975 to 1979 during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, reading, and helping others. He is preceded in death by his parents.
