Funeral services for Michael Eugene Hill, 44, of Bonham, will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Bethlehem Baptist Church under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Pastor Stuart Courtney will officiate. Burial will follow in Upper Union Cemetery. Michael passed away early Thursday morning at TMC Bonham Hospital.
Michael was born November 21, 1971 in Bonham, Texas, the son of Michael Hill and Marilyn Raye Brown Hill Finney. He was a graduate of Bonham High School and was employed in construction work. Michael was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church and was very generous and kind. He loved helping people and enjoyed sports, hunting, and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father.
Michael is survived by his mother and father, Marilyn and Larry Finney of Bonham; a son, Dillon Michael Hill of Fort Worth; brothers, Rodney Hill and Trace Hunt Hill and sisters: Shaneco Finney, Shandra Finney and Stefanie Hill; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
Pallbearers will be James Jay Woods, Brandon Henson, Brad Fuller, Randy Patton, R.J. Simpson and Jake Mathena.
