Mary Ann Criss

Memorial services for Mary Ann Criss, 56, of Ector, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015 at Ector Baptist Church under the direction of Wise Funeral Home Pastor Morris Cook will officiate. Mary Ann passed away Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015 at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.

Mary Ann was born Aug. 20, 1959 in Springfield, Massachusetts, the daughter of Raymond Suchanek and Mary Malbon Suchanek. She attended Savoy High School and Grayson County College. She married Steven Criss in 1983 in Ector, Texas. Mary Ann attended Ector Baptist Church, volunteered at the VA and was a member of the Ector Friendship Club. A lady with a big heart, she loved helping everyone and cared for her Uncle Art for many years. Mary Ann was preceded in death by her son, Dylan Criss on May 8, 2013.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Criss of Ector, Texas; daughter, Logan Criss of Ector, Texas; parents, Raymond Suchanek and Mary Suchanek, of Woodstock, Georgia; sister, Beth Lawson of Windfield, Missouri; aunts and uncles, Maggie and Dennis LeBlanc, and Mike and Linda Blodgett of Tacoma, Washington; 14 nieces and nephews and many cousins; mother-in-law, Patricia Criss of Ector, Texas;
sisters-in-law, Jacque Martin (Bill) of Denison, Texas and Michelle Abbott (David) of Ector, Texas; numerous family and friends in Washington.
