Mary Elizabeth Beavers passed away on October 27, 2026 in Joshua, TX with her loving family by her side. 

She was born in Nobility, TX on December 26, 1934 to Edgar and Julia Shinpaugh. Mary attended schools in both Nobility and Trenton and was a graduate of Randolph High School. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ in Ector and was a woman who held deeply to her faith. Mary enjoyed reading along with collecting and wearing jewelry. 

She will be laid to rest next to her husband James Beavers at Carson Cemetery on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 2:30pm. The family will gather at the funeral at 1:00pm for visitation. Please join them in celebrating the life of Mary. You can sign online condolences at www.wisefuneralhome.com.

Mary is survived by son, James Beavers and wife Lynn, sister, Nancy Bellows and husband Joe, grandchildren, Brittany Beavers, Casandra Beavers (Miguel), Jason Dean, Paul Moore, Bobby Moore (Shannon), Dusty Moore (Heather), great-grandchildren, Corey Moore, Jessie Moore, Alaina Carcamo, Valen Carcamo, Leona Briones, Bella Wade and Brad Potter. She is preceded in death by, husband, James Beavers, parents, Edgar and Julia Shinpaugh, daughter, Rebecca Dean, brothers, Edgar Shinpaugh, and Charles Shinpaugh.
