Mark Edward Benson

Graveside Services with Military Honors for Mark Edward Benson, age 74, of Bonham, Texas will be held at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Dallas Forth Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Mark passed away March 11, 2022, at Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham, Texas.

Mark was born December 4, 1947, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of George Richard Benson and Bridget Regina Morgel Benson. He served in the United States Air Force. Mark worked as a correctional officer for many years.

Mark is survived by his dear friends, Sandra and James Bandy of Plano, Texas.
