Lori Lanette Stauffer

Memorial services for Lori Lanette "Mimi" Stauffer, 51, of Bonham, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Boyd Baptist Church in Bonham, Texas. Bro. Rex Jackson and Bro. Mark Posey will officiate. Lori passed away Friday night, March 20, 2015 at Red River Regional Hospital in Bonham, Texas.
Lori was born August 31, 1963 in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Billy Wells and Charlotte Coonrod Wells. She was a graduate of Lakeview Centennial High School in Garland, Texas. Lori married Brock Stauffer on July 3, 1997 in Caddo Mills, Texas. She was an orthodontic claims processor based at home for Cigna Insurance out of Denison, Texas. Lori was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed volunteering for the community. She volunteered for the Habitat for Humanity and assisted last year in building the Powder Creek Park in Bonham. Lori loved creating things; whether it was through crocheting, beading, painting, or jewelry making, her craftiness was apparent and treasured by those around her. She was also well known for her love for Panda Bears, and her loud support of her grandchildren's activities and sporting events. That showed above of all, how Mimi loved her children and grandchildren. Lori was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Lillie Mae Wells and James Homan Wells; maternal grandfather, Ray Coonrod, her daughter Chenoa Stauffer, and granddaughter, Bella Ross.
