Graveside services for Mrs. Loretta J. Hammond, age 83, of Bonham, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Dodd City Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham. Rev. Gary Pettigrew will officiate. Mrs. Hammond passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Red River Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Hammond was born on April 23, 1929 in Fannin County, the daughter of Porter Lee Wallace and Alice Myrtle Knight. She attended Bonham High School. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Hammond, brother, Charles Wallace, and sister, Pauline Denney.
She is survived by:
Daughter: Nancy Godbey of Bonham, Texas
Son: Harold Godbey, Jr
Nephew: Fletcher Wallace of Bonham
