Larry John Stevens

Graveside services honoring the life of Larry John Stevens age 71, of Brownsville, will be held at 9:30 AM Monday, March 11, 2013 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham, TX. Chaplain Mark D. Posey will officiate. Larry passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home in Bonham.

Larry was born on December 29, 1941 in Morgan City, Louisiana, the son of Celestan Stevens and Mildred Sons Stevens. Larry was a United States Army veteran. He loved to cook and do carpentry work. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Larry is survived by his sons,Johnny Stevens and kids, Caitlin, Johnny, and Travis; and David Stevens and son, Caden all of Fort Worth, Texas; daughter, Laura Stevens and Ruben of Fort Worth, Texas and kids Esteban, Noeli, and Brianna; sisters,Ann McElroy of Aransas Pass, Texas and Billie Ann Jordan and Tony of Surfside, TXexas; brother, Harry Stevens and Olga of Brownsville, Texas.
