Larry Laron Goar

Graveside service for Larry Laron Goar, 68, of Wilmer, Texas, will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Sandy Cemetery under the direction of Wise
Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Burt will officiate. Larry passed away Sunday, June 26, 2022 at River Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation in Gainesville, Texas.

Larry was born June 15, 1954 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Ivan Verdell Goar and Freda Elizabeth VanHooser Goar.  He enjoyed fishing and loved anything relating to fire trucks and firemen.  Larry was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Freda Lynn King and Sandra Goar and a brother, Timmy Goar.

Larry is survived by two sisters, Sarah Elizabeth Musick and Pamela Featherston, both of Wilmer, Texas; and a number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 10:00 to 10:30 AM Wednesday morning.
