Funeral Services for LaNora Wiggins, age 78, of Ladonia, TX will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Wise Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mike Burt officiating. Burial will follow at Gober Cemetery. LaNora passed away Friday, November 4, 2016.
She was born February 21, 1938, the daughter of Thomas Gifford Butler and Ruth Estell Ward. LaNora loved spending time with her two dogs, Sassy and Midge, watching the Texas Rangers, putting together jigsaw puzzles, playing Sudoku, Solitaire and Bingo, and listening to Bluegrass. She is preceded in death by brothers, Bobby Gerald Butler and Sammy Butler, and sisters, Patsy Hall and Billie Bates.
LaNora is survived by 3 daughters, Rose Marie Verner of Kemp, TX, Robbie Lee Berrera of Austin, TX and Debra McHazlett of Fort Worth, TX; granddaughter, Avery Milan Berrera; brothers, Thomas W. Butler, Jimmy Butler, and Donald Butler; sisters, Mary Jackson, Darlene Brown, and Ellen Matthews.
Pallbearers will be John Davis, Eddie Andrews, Aaron Brown, Andrew Brown, Tommy Wishard, Jonathon Hunter and Jeff Hunter.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Friday, November 11, 2016 at Wise Funeral Home.
