Graveside services for Karen Sue Maeder, 64, of Bonham, Texas will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Arledge Ridge Cemetery. Bro. Mark Posey will officiate. Karen passed away Thursday morning.
Karen was born on January 30, 1951 in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Ben Taylor and Gracie Edwards Taylor. When Karen was a young girl her mother passed away and her Uncle Bob and Aunt Alaska Justice helped raise her. She was a graduate of Bonham High School. Karen married Anthony Maeder on January 15, 1999 in Bonham, Texas. She loved animals, especially horses and mules. But her most beloved animals were her dairy goats; she would sell her goat milk to many, helping several children with their lactose intolerance issues. Karen was preceded in death by her parents and Uncle Bob and Aunt Alaska Justice.
She is survived by her husband, Tony Maeder of Bonham, Texas

Brother: Robert Taylor and his wife Robin of Bonham
Step Grandchild, Bronc Maeder
Beloved Aunt, Mary Bartlett of Bonham, Texas and extended family, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Robert Chaney, Arthur Dean Chaney, Jerry Don Chaney, Jeff Irvin, John Maeder and Nathan Maeder.
The family will receive friends in the Wise Funeral Home from 7:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday night.
