Joe Harold Taylor Jr.

Joe Taylor also known as Joe Joe or J.T. was born on December 29, 1956 in Carlsbad, New Mexico; the son of the late Joe Harold Taylor Sr. and Nancy (Pritchett) Taylor. Joe graduated from Richardson High in 1975 and graduated from Navarro College in 1977. He married Linda Taylor in 1982. Joe was the production manager for Taylor Marble Co. till 1995, owned his own contracting Co. for 10 years, and then started a new adventure as a CDL truck driver till he became ill at the end of 2016.
He was best known as Daddy fix, he could fix anything. He loved his family and to help others anyway possible. Joe loved being around kids and especially coaching them in sports. He was known for his laugh, funny jokes and for always having a good time. Joe spent his summers at Lake Texoma on top of the house boat watching fireworks and launching water balloons. He was a jokester from placing a skunk in the girl's dorms at college, to teaching his kids how to toilet paper houses. He was full of life and enjoined every minute of it. He will be missed by his wife Linda of 34 years, daughter Dallas Pendergrass and husband Randy, son Dusty Taylor and Melissa Evans, grandkids, Donovan, Riley Bronson, Ava and Brooklyn.
