Jason Craig Barnes

Jason Craig Barnes, 50, of Bells, TX passed away on June 11, 2024 in Bonham, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home.

Jason was born to Suzanne Stowe on May 16, 1974 in Sherman, TX. He was a graduate of Bonham High School. Jason was a family man through and through with his wife Monica and daughters, Bailee and Raelyn at the center of his life. Jason was a sports enthusiast and his favorite moments were spent with his girls as they played sports. In his free time he loved to play golf, and spend time at the lake with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Martha Cooper, Harry and Nancy Barnes.

Those left to honor his memory, loving wife, Monica Barnes, daughters, Bailee Dorris Barnes , Raelyn Barnes, parents, Suzanne and Johnny Stowe, sister, Shelly Godwin and husband Daniel, brother, Jeremy Barnes and wife Brittany, grandmother, Nancy Barnes, nephews, Brayden, Major,  Cohen, Colby, Coby, Adin, Braedyn, nieces, Addy, Chelsi, along with many aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Jason's memory to the Bells Athletic Department. Please join the family on Monday, June 17, 2024 at 12:00pm for a funeral service located in the chapel of Wise Funeral Home. Visitation will take place 1hr prior with burial following at Carson Cemetery, Ector, TX.
