Imogene Mcmillon

Funeral services for Wilma Imogene McMillon, 95, of Bonham, will be held at 12 noon, Saturday, March 6, 2021 in Wise Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Brett Castle will officiate.  Burial will follow in Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham, Texas. Imogene passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at Seven Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bonham, Texas.

Imogene was born April 15, 1925 in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Robert Moody Butler and Dona Eliza Coonrod Butler.  She married Glen Lee McMillon on September 14, 1940 in Bonham, and he preceded her in death Dec. 7, 1980.  Imogene was a homemaker and true people person.  She enjoyed crocheting, working word puzzles, and playing dominoes. She loved music and spent countless hours listening to local Blue Grass artists in the area. Imogene's greatest love was spending time with her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Ethel Owen and Lillie Ingram.

Imogene leaves to cherish her memories her son, Bobby Glen McMillon and his wife, Yolanda, of Ector, Texas; two grandsons, Bobby Eugene McMillon and Timothy Glen McMillon and his wife, Brenda, a great grandchild, Cheyenne Wicker, and extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 11:00 am until service time Saturday, March 6, 2021.
