Glen Dale Malone departed our world on July 25, 2026 after a wonderful 84 years. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home, Bonham, TX. He was born on April 17, 1942 to Glen and Jerry Malone in Wolfe City.
Glen spent his life dedicated to family and the community surrounding Wolfe City. He was a lifelong resident and graduated from Wolfe City High School. During his life, Glen Dale influenced many by being a farmer and a skilled house mover. He first worked at Watkins House Moving then branched off and started Malone House Moving. Glen married Mildred "Millie" Opal Isbell on July 6, 1962. They were married 37 years until her passing. They had twins Allan and Ronald, Stephanie, and Dustin.
He was loved by his family, children, Allan Malone and wife Jill, Ronald Malone and wife Tonia, Stephanie Muecke and husband Jimmy, Dustin Malone and wife Cari, grandchildren, Jason, Nick, Lacey, Kristan, Kristopher, J.T., Jake, Kegan, Kynlee, and Abigayle. He is preceded in death by his parents, and wife, brothers, Gary Don Malone, Jimmy Ray Malone, Bobby Lynn Malone, son, Ronald Malone, and grandson, J.T Muecke.
Services will be held on August 2, 2026 at the Fairlee Home Place, 6186 CR 4607, Commerce, TX 75428. Visitation is 1:00pm to 2:00pm and the celebration of life starts at 2:00pm. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kristopher Malone, Jason Malone, Nick Malone, Jake Muecke, in spirit J.T Muecke, Brandon Darter and Colton Darter.
