Francis Louise Gentry

Funeral services for Mrs. Francis Louise Gentry, age 69, of Bonham, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010 in the Wise Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Cody Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Windom Cemetery. Mrs. Gentry passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at her residence in Bonham.

Francis was born in Ivanhoe, Texas on May 5, 1941 the daughter of Harry Coy Williams and Willie Lee Jones Williams. She married Lester Raggio ?Joe? Gentry on Nov. 8, 1958 in Durant, Oklahoma and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2008. She was the world?s greatest cook and was a dietary cook for several nursing homes in the area and received numerous awards for her cooking. Francis was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Stephanie Turman and her parents.

Brother: James Lee Williams of Gordonville, TX
Sisters: Bettye Sherman (Rick) of Irving, TX Retha Ann Jobe of Euless, TX
5 grandchildren: Patti Turman, Dustin Rushing, Shonda Rushing, Rachel Gentry, and Rylee Gentry
6 great grandchildren: Katelyn Wortham, Exavier Williams, Gabriel McClellan, Kyle McClellan, Kiara Williams, and Destiny Turman.

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010.
