Floyd Lee Warren

April 11, 1942 — October 21, 2017

Floyd Warren, 75, departed this life on October 21, 2017. He was a 1960 graduate of Barneston High School in Barneston, NE, and served in the US Navy from 1960-1967 on the USS Brinkley Bass and the USS Belatrix. After serving his country, Floyd spent 33 years as a manager with A-1 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning of Lincoln, NE.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Maxine Outhet Warren, and is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lynn, two sons, Kris and Kevin, a brother, Lloyd and wife Judy, brother in law Doug, and wife Nancy, sister in law, Janis, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Floyd loved hunting, fishing, oil painting and wood carving. He was active in his church and the community.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 4 th , at Mt. Pilgrim CME Church in Denton, TX, with internment in the DFW National Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Mt. Pilgrim CME Church, 339 Robertson Street, Denton, TX. or Chaplin Services at Bonham Veteran's Administration, 1201 E 9th St, Bonham, TX 75418.
