Memorial Service
Wise Funeral Home
2:00 - 4:00 pm (Central time)
Evelyn Joy Recklein, precious baby girl, was born into this world on December 2, 2025, and, with her arrival, filled the hearts of her family with immeasurable love and dreams yet to be fulfilled. Though her time with us was fleeting leaving a void that echoes with the warmth of the hopes and aspirations held by her devoted parents, Kelsey and Clifford Recklein.
From the very beginning, Evelyn’s parents envisioned a beautiful life filled with memories—her father carefully painting her nursery in soft shades of pink, dreaming of all the laughter and joy that would fill that space. Though her journey on Earth was brief, her spirit touched the lives of many and remains an everlasting light in their hearts.
Evelyn is survived by her loving family, parents, Clifford and Kelsey Recklein, big "Puppy" brother, Ace, and her cherished grandparents, Clifford and Paulette Recklein. She also leaves behind her great-grandmother, Joy Vinson. The family circle extends further with her aunts and uncles—Emily Nguyen and her husband Don, Logan Vinson, Paige Vinson, Katie McCarthy, Jason McCarthy, Adam Vinson and his wife Grace, great-aunt and uncle, Amy and Godfrey Santillana, and Megan Lynn with her husband Dustin, as well as Amanda Buck and her husband Dustin. Among them is her dear cousin Rueben Buck who will also carry Evelyn's spirit within him.
Evelyn’s life, though brief, serves as a poignant reminder of love and hope. She has been gently preceded in death by her great-grandfather Bob Vinson, and great-grandmother Mitzi Recklein.
A memorial service to celebrate Evelyn's short, yet impactful life will be held on December 27, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Wise Funeral Home in Bonham, Texas. This gathering will serve not only as a time to mourn the loss of their beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, and niece but also as an opportunity to honor her legacy and the love she inspired in those fortunate enough to dream of a future with her.
Though she left our world too soon, the love that enveloped her from the very start will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of her family and friends. Evelyn Joy Recklein may have made her transition from womb to glory, but she remains forever cherished, a beautiful star in the heavens above.
