Graveside services for Eva Nell Barry, 79, of Denison, formerly of Bonham, will be held at 9:00 AM Friday, June 16, 2017 in Carson Cemetery, Ector, TX under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Eva passed away early Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at The Terrace of Denison.
Eva was born Aug. 23, 1937 in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Nathaniel G. Barry and Myrtle Aline Adams Barry. She was a nurse with in-home health care for many years. Eva was an independent lady who loved sports, especially baseball. She was a devoted daughter who loved her family. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, James Barry, a sister, Geneva Aline Moore and a niece, Doris Harrington.
Eva is survived by her niece, Nelda Sue Webster of Irving, TX, great nieces and nephews, Jennifer Taffe of Irving, Karen Smitheran of San Diego, CA, Connie Lynn Brown, Keith Harrington, and Ronnie Harrington, 3 great great nephews, Ryan Taffe, Tyler Smitheran, and Cooper Smitheran.
