Ernie Richards left this earth December 18th, 2024, and was escorted to heaven and greeted by his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home, Bonham, TX.
Ernie was born to Elmer and Roxie Richards on February 10th, 1946. After high school Ernie valiantly joined the United States Army where he served in Germany and France for 4 years with pride and dedication to his country. He studied bible history and applied it with Tuesday night bible studies at his home in Ector along with teaching Sunday School. Ernie loved to tell a good story and spend the afternoon woodworking.
