Funeral services for Edith Mae Henson, 79, of Ector, will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, Nov 12, 2014 in Wise Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Lyn Holly will officiate with Rev. Dee Morton and Bro. Morris Cook assisting. Burial will follow in Carson Cemetery in Ector. Edith passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014 at Bonham Nursing and Rehabilitation in Bonham.
Edith was born December 04, 1934 in Ector, Texas. She was the daughter of John M. Mason and Jewell I. Morgan Mason. She attended schools in Ector. Edith married James Martin Henson, Dec. 1, 1951 at Ector United Methodist Church. Edith was a lifelong member of the Ector United Methodist Church. She is remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and her beloved husband.
