A private Memorial Service for Doug Worley, 74, of Bonham, will be held at Thursday, May 28, 2015. Chaplain Mark D. Posey will officiate. Doug passed away Sunday morning, May 24, 2015 at Texoma Medical Center.

Doug was born May 9, 1941 in San Jose, California. The son of Henry Leroy Worley, and Bernardine O Mason Worley. He married Monta Rosamond on May 13, 1967 in Reno, Nevada He attended Baptist College in California and received his Associates Degree. Doug was a Meat Cutter and loved to hunt and fish.He was a member of the Arrowhead Hunting and Fishing Club in California. He was also a State Champion in Trap shooting and trained two future Olympic young men. His was preceded in death by his parents, Brother Marty Worley, Sisters Daphne Mary Landmark, and Patricia Worley, and son Jeffery Dean Worley.

Doug is survived by his wife Monta Worley of Bonham; son, Doug Worley of Maryland; daughters Megan Harris and husband Colt of Bonham; and Stacey Harris and husband Eli of Bonham; brother Johnny Worley and wife Phyllis of California; grandchildren, Josh, Ryan, Taylor, Alissa, Hannah, Ayden; a great grandaughter, Kaydence, and a great grandson, Joshua Dean who will be born in a few months; hunting partner and friend, Calvin Corbett.
