Donovan James Moss

Donovan James Moss, age 79 of Bonham, Texas passed away on August 16, 2017 at Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home. He was born May 31, 1938 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania to Harry Miller Moss Sr. and Claudia Annetta Deuel. Donovan joined the military as soon as he graduated high school. He served in the United States Air force for almost 23 years before retiring in 1976. Donovan went on to work as a truck driver, like many in his family had; he eventually retired. He was a country boy at heart; Reba McIntire was his favorite country musician. Having served many years in the Air Force, Donovan had a respect and love for airplanes. He loved animals and enjoyed being in the country. Donovan was preceded in death by his, Parents: Harry Miller Moss Sr. & Claudia Moss and Brother, Harry Miller Moss, Jr.

Donovan is survived by his son, James Allen Moss of Little Rock, Arkansas; 3 grandchildren; sister, Grace Lorraine Wagner of Globe, Arizona; and niece, Sandra Bramhall of Santo, Texas.
