Dennis Edward Hagar

A private memorial service will be held for Dennis Edward Hagar, 67, of Bonham.  Wise Funeral Home is in charge of the cremation arrangements.  Dennis passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Carrolton Regional Medical Center in Carrolton, Texas.

Dennis was born May 1, 1953 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Paul Angelo Hagar and Mary Edith Cunningham Hagar.  He was a 1971 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas.  Dennis was a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.  He married Leslie Ann Ingalls on September 13, 1980 in Dallas.  Dennis was a contractor for Hagar & Associates and enjoyed watching westerns, woodworking and making wine.  He was a member of the Constantine Masonic Lodge #13 and the Knights of Columbus.  Dennis was preceded in death by his parents and a brother,  Dean Hagar.

Dennis leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 40 years, Leslie Ann Hagar of Bonham, TX; two sons, Matthew Hagar and Patrick Hagar and his wife, Christina, all of Corpus Christi, TX; six grandchildren, Amber, Rylee, Gwendolyn, Naomi, Isabel, and Connor and cousins, Carol and Robert Cunningham.
