Danny Lee Rodgers

Danny Lee Rodgers of Ivanhoe, TX passed away on March 28, 2025 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home.

Danny was born on November 6, 1945 in Southlake, TX to Dan and Estha Rodgers. Danny and wife Joyce stayed in the metroplex until Danny retired from Coke Cola in 1991. They then came to Ivanhoe and settled until his passing. Danny had a heart for his community and helped with the upkeep of Bettes Cemetery. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, golf, and tennis. Those left to cherish his memory, wife, Joyce Rogers, daughter, Stacey Sanders- Bowen and husband Rick, grandson, Christopher Sanders and wife Cailee, great- grandchildren, Henry Sanders, Emri Sanders, and Lynnen Sanders. He is preceded in death by his parents, and son, Jeff Rodgers.

The funeral will be Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 1pm @ Ivanhoe Baptist Church with Pastor Josh Lott officiating. Burial will follow and the family has requested it to be private.
