A visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Wise Funeral Home for Danita Brooke Forrester, 36, of Pottsboro, formerly of Bonham. Danita passed away Monday, July 11, 2016 in Dallas, Texas after a long battle with cancer.
Danita was born December 26, 1979 in New Boston, Texas, the daughter of Katherine Mills Speights and Harlan Forrester. She was a 1998 graduate of Bonham High School and received her Associates degree from Grayson County College in 2011. Danita was a devoted mother and a full time student when she became ill with cancer.
She is survived by her three sons, Dylan, Davin and Denis; mother, Kathy Speights; father, Harlan Forrester; four brothers, Robert Speights, Michael & Kyle Forrester and John Speights; and four
sisters, Candice Ferris, Sandra Forrester, Micah & Moriah Speights
