Dr. Daniel Thomas Caldwell

Funeral services for Daniel Thomas Caldwell, 37, of Randolph, Texas will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Randolph First Baptist Church, under the direction of Wise Funeral Home, Bonham, Texas.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time.  Burial will follow in Randolph Lindsey Cemetery.  Rev. David Brackett will officiate.

Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Tom Caldwell, grandparents, Maurice and Sandra Reeves, Uncle Larry Reeves and grandmother, Lorene P. Caldwell.

Daniel leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Kristi Bridgwater and husband, David, Uncle David Caldwell and wife, Angie, cousins, Carrie Reeves and husband, Ali Shekarchian and Lori Barenfeld and husband, Jayson.  He is also survived by adoring cousins' children who knew him as Uncle Daniel, Kai Barenfeld, Bodi Barenfeld and Rio Shekarchian and Aunt Mary Reeves and extended family, the Wilsons.

Daniel was a warm, caring person who was loved by everyone he met.  He loved his family and he loved the Lord with all his heart, mind and soul.  His list of achievements including earning a doctorate from Mary Harden Baylor in 2018, didn't overshadow the fact that he was an incredible pianist, hunter, baker, gardner and interim pastor.  He could plant a full garden or crochet a baby blanket; his talents knew no bounds.  He was a member of the Eastern Star, a 32 ^nd degree Mason and a professor at Texas A & M Commerce.  Daniel tragically lost his battle with Covid on Sunday, August 8, 2021.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Wilson, David Wilson, Steve Wilson, Gaylon Pasley, David Harrison, Ali Shekarchian, Jayson Barenfeld and Dustin Morrow.
