Funeral services for Charles E. Teller, Sr., 77, of Bonham, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013 in Wise Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tom Medley and Roy Floyd will officiate. Burial will follow in Moores Chapel Cemetery. Charles passed away early Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.

Charles was born Oct. 22, 1935 in Sabine Pass, Texas, the son of Frank Robert Teller and Clara Parham Teller. He attended Sabine Pass Elementary and graduated from Allen Military Academy in Bryan, Texas. Charles served in the US Navy from 1955 to 1958. He married Judy Shepherd on Oct. 22, 1984 in Rockwall, Texas. Charles was a member of the Bonham Kiwanis Club and the Thousand Trails Resort and helped coordinate the Bonham Heritage Day. He was a service representative for Eastman Kodak for many years and recently worked for the City of Bonham in the police department for 9 years. Charles was of the Methodist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Charles is survived by his wife, Judy Teller of Bonham, Texas,
sons, Charles Teller, Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona, Scott Wright of Dodd City, Texas and Gary Wright of Bonham, Texas, daughters, Susan Blake and husband, Trent of Austin, Texas and Lisa Williams and husband, Jeff of Bonham, Texas,brother, Frank Teller, Jr. of Mooringsport, Louisiana, sister, Ada Billings and husband, Bill of Grover, Missouri, grandchildren, Adam and Krisse Teller, Mariah Teller, Alex Teller, Ethan Blake, Chris Wells, Christopher and Jessica Williams, Gregory Williams and fiancé, Crissy Miller, and Julie Williams, great grandson, Parker Williams, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a host of friends.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Williams, Greg Williams, Ethan Blake, Chris Wells, Jeff Williams, Scott Wright and Gary Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be Julie Williams and Mariah Teller.
