In loving memory of Charlie Esterak
Charlie was born on January 24, 1952 in Guymon, Oklahoma, the son of Leroy Esterak and Juanita Birge Esterak. Charles spent his early years growing up in Hooker, Oklahoma, until he moved with his family to Midland, TX in the summer of 1963. He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School in Midland and attended Southwest Texas University, Texas Tech University and received his Physician's Assistant degree from Wichita, Kansas. Charlie was a Physician's Assistant at Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham for 30 years and received the Hands & Heart Award. Charlie married the love of his life Linda Sue Henin on August 12, 1988. He enjoyed playing his guitars and listening to a wide variety of music such as James Taylor, Peter, Paul and Mary and The Eagles. He also enjoyed woodworking, electronics, computer technology, sports and classic cars. We will always remember Charlie as a kind and loving son, brother, husband, father and friend. Charlie loved his family most of all above everything. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Son, Chuck Neighbors and wife, Pamela of Whitewright, Texas
Daughter, Laura Neighbors and husband John Russell of Austin, Texas
Sister, Susan Evans and husband, Paul of New York
Grandchildren, Lourdes Jaimes and Viviana Jaimes
Charlie passed away Sunday, July 17 2016 at his residence. A cremation was held for Charles Leroy "Charlie" Esterak, 64, of Bonham Texas. Wise Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
