Carole Ann Moore

Funeral Services for Carole Ann Moore, age 81, of Trenton, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 at First Baptist Church of Trenton under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Pastor Jason Points will officiate. Burial will follow at Burns Cemetery in Trenton, Texas. Carole entered the Kingdom of Heaven peacefully on July 4, 2022.

Carole was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 5, 1940, to parents AC and Fannie Mae Taylor. She met her husband, Leon, through her mother who worked with him. Later in high school, Carole and Leon began dating, and on February 14, 1959, they were married in San Antonio. Carole and Leon had two children, and in 1969, settled in Richardson, Texas to raise their family. Carole worked as a purchasing agent for a variety of companies in the metroplex. In 1993, she and Leon moved to a farm in Trenton with future retirement plans. During her life, Carole was a proud member of the First Baptist Church in Trenton where she was involved with the WMU; Santa Gertrudis Association; Toastmasters; and the Jaycees. She loved volunteering at Vacation Bible Schools and enjoying the outdoors, especially Rocky Mountain National Park.

She is survived by her husband Leon, daughter and son-in-law Linda and Joe Bryan, son and daughter-in-law Lee and Mary Anne Moore, and her four grandchildren: Jennifer Jaco and husband Michael; Jeannine Bryan and fiancé Nick Patton; Jackson Moore and wife Emily; and Reed Moore.

The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church of Trenton on Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.
