Brent Johnson

A celebration of life will be held at a future date for Brent Johnson, age 56, of Anna, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Brent passed away Tuesday evening, September 1, 2020 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, Texas.

Brent was born on August 10, 1964 in McKinney, Texas, the son of Charles James Johnson and Patsy Ruth Davidson Johnson. When Brent was younger, he reveled in the rodeo life until he was injured. His eclectic taste in music earned him the nickname of "Music Man". Brent was an outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing and hanging out at the lake. He was a character but also had a heart of gold and was a romantic. He loved movies about love winning. He loved life and tried to live it to the fullest. Brent loved winter and snow, but some of his fondest memories were those of West Burns Run, also times spent with his daughter Jordan,  who was his heart. He is preceded in death by his father.

Fond memories of Brent will forever be remembered and cherished by his surviving family members; daughter, Jordan Johnson of Wylie, Texas; mother, Patsy Johnson of Anna, Texas; brothers, Chris Johnson and wife Sam of Westminster, Texas and Keith Johnson of Anna, Texas; sisters, Karen McEuen and husband Billy Don of Bonham, Texas and Rena Redin and husband Jeff of Bonham, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
