Bobbi Michelle (Missy) Kline

Funeral Services for Bobbi Michelle (Missy) Kline, age 47 of Wylie, TX will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 1:30 PM at Wise Funeral Home Chapel in Bonham, Texas. Officiating will be Rev. Lynn C. Bauman. Interment will follow at Bettes Cemetery in Ivanhoe, Texas. Missy passed away on January 16, 2018. She was born September 24, 1970 in Denison, Texas to Robert Edward Old, III and Betty Joan Hopkins Old.

Missy married George Robert Kline on May 14, 1994 in Plano, TX. She loved to cook and eat. She also enjoyed swimming in the Red River and gathering around a bonfire. As a CNA, Missy was considered the caregiver in the family. She was known to be stubborn, strong-willed and feisty. When she made up her mind about something, she was unwavering. She was a perfectionist in everything she set out to accomplish, and was her own worst critic. She was devoted to her family and loved them very much. Her goal was to raise loving, God-fearing children and she did. Her faith in Christ was her foundation and it carried her through good and bad times.

Missy was preceded in death by her daughter, Brittany Michelle on November 30, 1991; a brother, Robert Edward Old, IV, and her grandparents, J.B. & Lillian Hopkins and Robert & Jimmie Old.

Surviving are her husband of 23 years, George Robert (Rob) Kline; father, Robert Edward Old, III; mother, Joan Old daughter, Nicole Hurley and husband Barry of Wylie, TX; son, Dillon Kline of Wylie, TX; granddaughter, Emma Hurley; sisters, Jennifer Jones and husband Clay of Garland, TX, Heather Quattlebaum and husband Clint of Spring, TX and Sara Martin and husband Luke of Houston, TX; brother, Jeff Old and Kathie of Wylie, TX . Also surviving are her step-mother, Ada Old of The Woodlands, TX; nieces and nephews, Ashley Old, Cody, Collin and Carson Stricker, August and Arden Quattlebaum, Wade and Henry Martin.

The family will receive friends at 12:30 PM (1 hour prior to service) on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Wise Funeral Home Chapel.
