Funeral Services for Betty Jo Williams, age 93, of Bonham, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2021 at First Christian Church in Bonham, Texas under the direction of Wise Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Edwards will officiate. A Private Burial will follow at Carson Cemetery in Ector, Texas. Betty passed away Thursday morning, July 22, 2021, lovingly surrounded by family at her home in Bonham, Texas.

Betty was born on March 16, 1928, in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of Tom Hampton Ware and Bettie Cravens Ware. She was a graduate of Bonham High School. Betty married Leo Williams on August 13, 1948 in Sherman, Texas. They were just shy of 73 years of marriage prior to her passing. Betty was a homemaker who loved sewing and antiquing. She was a long-time member of First Christian Church in Bonham, Texas. Betty will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Roy Ware and Ray Ware, and sister, Dee Lane.

Betty leaves behind to cherish her memories her loving husband, Leo Williams of Bonham, Texas; son, Leo Steve Williams and wife Debbie of Bonham, Texas; daughter, Deanna Sue Elvington and husband Bob of Bonham, Texas; grandchildren, Christina Jimenez, Kenneth Reynolds, Amber Brown and husband Hal, Amanda Wright and husband Eugene, and Andrea Bourlon and husband Larry; great grandchildren, Joshua Michaud, Nathan Michaud, Jordon Dabney, Chase Cupp, Justina Reynolds, Chanell Reynolds, Jared Reynolds, Dinah Reynolds, Colton Spindle, Lawton Spindle, Patricia Bourlon, Abigalye Bourlon, and Lillian Bourlon; step-great grandchildren, Hallie Brown, Caleb Brown, Jacob Wright, and Josiah Wright; great great grandchildren, Able Cupp and Claire Cupp; Niece, Pam Phillips and husband Don; numerous more nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.

The family will receive friends at Wise Funeral Home on Sunday, July 25, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
